Katty is a Senior Researcher and Start-up Facilitator at the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship. Katty investigates innovative start-up companies and high-growth firms (scale-ups) and the innovation ecosystems surrounding them. As a start-up facilitator, Katty trains and supports students and international entrepreneurs to develop their entrepreneurship skills and grow their start-up businesses in the Netherlands.

She is also the Research Lead and Initiator of SHE LEADS. This initiative encourages female entrepreneurship and leadership by uncovering the latest research insights around the topic. It’s also a platform to promote female representation in entrepreneurship education at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
