Yannick is Professor in Entrepreneurship at Vlerick Business School and a visiting professor at Ghent University, Hasselt University and the University of Namur. At Vlerick, he runs the Impulse Centre: Growth Management for Medium-sized Enterprises. The centre has 175 members, who are all entrepreneurs of mature growth companies. His research focuses on the persistence of high business growth and the evolving role of founders as their firms grow.
